How to check the current status of application after submitting online e-Pension file



After submitting an online e-Pension file from Head of the Institution (HOI) login, employees and HOI get SMS on their corresponding registered mobile number which is registered in i-OSMSv2. Also the subsequent progress of the online file(s), the employee gets SMS on their registered mobile number on time to time, when the online file moves between the various level. But sometimes due to the problem of mobile networks or some other technical reason, employees and HOI may not receive SMS on their corresponding registered mobile number. In this situation what is(are) the way to know the current status of e-Pension file (both for HOI and employee)? Let us take a look at the alternative ways to know the current status of e-Pension file (both for HOI and employee).

How to proceed from the Applicant's end?





Now do the following steps.
  1. Write your applicant user ID (for example YUJG0987)
  2. Put your secret password you have created at the time of the first login.
  3. Fill the captcha.
  4. Press the Log In button (as shown in the picture below).





After Login into applicant login do the following steps as shown in the picture below.

  1. Placed the mouse cursor in the FORMS button.
  2. Go to Application Status section and click (as shown in the picture below).





Now you will see the application status details of your e-Pension file. Two pictures are given below. The last row of the Receiver section will give the current status of your file.




Here I uploaded a file status of someone whose PPO is already issued. So in the last row of the Receiver (current status) section, it is written that the current status is T.O. (Treasury Office), and in this case, a PPO No. will be there in the last of the PPO No. section (see the picture below).



How to proceed from the Head of the Institution (HOI) end?


Go to e-Pension login and do the following steps.
  1. Placed mouse cursor on Login.
  2. Click on Other Than Applicant Login. (see the picture below)


  1. Put HOI user ID ( HOI user ID start with HOISE....).
  2. Write your secret password.
  3. Fill the captcha
  4. Press the Log In button (see the picture below).



Your HOI login will be open. Click on the REPORT tab (see the picture below). Sometimes clicking once on REPORT tab does not work, in that case, click again on REPORT tab.




A new window will be open.

  1. Go to Report List.
  2. Click on HI-02: PENSION APPLICATION PROCESS HISTORY.
  3. Put From Date
  4. Put To Date
  5. Click Show Report tab. (see the picture below).


A pdf file will be downloaded. Open the downloaded pdf file. You will see the current status of your Applicant(s). (see the picture below)
